Clare is the main vocalist and has been singing professionally for more than 30 years.  Born and bred in Cairns, Far North Queensland, she began her musical journey during her High School years by learning the piano and organ.  Clare also joined the best choirs and orchestras in the area that befame a part of a very competitive state circuit at that time.

Upon finishing school she found her way into the crew of an elite music venue called Johnnos Blues Bar (in her hometown of Cairns).  Clare thrived on the mentorship from some of the most talented musicians in the land and she became involved with many bands that toured throughout Far North Queensland.

Clare then moved to WA and brought up her family, while still taking guest spots with various duos and bands.  She learnt to play the guitar and began songwriting knowing that when her family was raised, she would need material that would help her return to full-time music.

While living in WA, bringing up her kids and writing music, Clare met Andrew and they hit it off immediately.  They formed Harmonique with a set of clear goals, and the rest they say, is history.

With a honey tone you could listen to forever, Clare has a natural ability to captivate an audience in any style or genre, and take them on a musical journey that leaves them brimming with happiness.

Andrew is the main guitarist and backing vocalist and has been performing as a professional musician for over 40 years.  He started learning music at the age of 5 and by High School he was mainly focused on Classical and Flamenco guitar, Piano and AMEB Music Theory.

His professional career started in the mid 80's playing in bands in the Pilbara region in North Western Australia.  DV8 was born of these times and the bad went on to do very well in WA.

A move to Fremantle followed and Andrew became an active part of the vibrant music scene in that area. He started teaching privately at home, at local music shops as well as the local prison!  Andrew built and started his fist recording studio "Black Harem Studios" which immedistely started making records for local Fremantle artists.

It was during this time Andrew knew he needed to learn more, so successfully auditioned then studied at the WAAPA (Jazz Guitar Performance) for 2 years.

After his time at the Academy he formed Toast, an EDM duo that had considerable success both live and on the radio.

Upon meeting Clare, Andrew knew he had found the musical partner he had been looking for all those years.  Harmonique was formed, and the rest they say, is history.

Andrews skills on the guitar can make you forget you're actually listening to a single guitarist, and not a whole band. And being a highly skilled studio engineer with extensive experience, the sound that Harmonique produces is second to none.

Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or intimate gathering, we specialise in curating the perfect musical ambience to elevate the atmosphere and leave a lasting impression.
